Refund policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions

Items must be unworn and unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to return

Email info@copperstoke.com to start a return. If it is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Return costs

There are no restocking fees. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or wrong, returning it costs you nothing. If you changed your mind, the item does not suit you or you ordered the wrong one, you pay the return shipping.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We will look into it and replace the item free of charge.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will tell you whether it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.
