These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Copper & Stoke. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price is wrong, and will refund anything you have paid.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

3. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Copper changes colour over time and each piece can vary slightly. Our products are jewellery and homeware, not medical products.

4. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates.

5. Returns

Returns are covered by our refund policy.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, interfere with how it works, or copy its content without permission.

7. Liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
